Camotes, 4th visit

24 Mar

When: March 20 – 21, 2015

It was short notice that we decided to join Camotes trip with Jeneth’s supercat friends. We took the 8:30am Jomalia schedule bound to Camotes.

We stayed in Aizawa resort in Santiago

After paying accomodation,  we searched for a good place to have our lunch. We just found it at the beach of Santiago.

After lunch, I had to take a medicine for fever. I stayed in bed for the rest of the first day. I was unable to join with their drinking session during the night. Well, I remember checking Shana and Jeneth’s pictures while they enjoyed the beach.

The next day, I feel much better. Was able to enjoy early swimming while waiting for the vehicle that will bring us to places in the island

First stop, paraiso cave … a cave provided with easy access and there’s a water inside that you can swim

Next was Lake Danao. You can enjoy kayaking for only 50 pesos.

You can also swim if you like

Then we went to Timubo cave, a developed cave. Swimming area is much larger than paraiso cave

Took lunch at San Francisco Baywalk.

Last stop was buho rock resort

The adventurous will find this resort haven as they have a cliff where you can jump all you want. Please be careful and make sure that you really want to do it before trying.

There’s still an area where all can enjoy the water

We decided to go back to Cebu by 5 pm.

If you are lucky, some dolphins will wave their goodbyes. I was unable to catch them on camera but got this beautiful sunset.
